Infrastructure Cloud Services Engineer

Overview of the Role:

The Infrastructure and Cloud Services Engineer is accountable for installing, configuring, and monitoring on-premises and cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies. This involves supporting infrastructure requirements and ensuring continuous improvement in providing exceptional service to employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing medium to large-scale enterprise network topologies, designing deploying and maintaining hyperconverged and standard three-tier architecture environments using Microsoft virtualization technologies.

Additional duties involve managing wireless networks for remote buildings and corporate offices, deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure to support cloud migration and delivery of various technology solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure resources.

Key responsibilities also include supporting O365 Messaging and associated technologies, Office 365 users Hybrid Exchange Server Configuration OneDrive for Business SharePoint Environments Active Directory 2019 and newer DNS DHCP File Services and Azure Solutions and Services.

Required Skills Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating systems Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols security principles and IT best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
