Job Overview

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a vital role in creating and improving network services and solutions that ensure the best experience possible for our associates and contractors.

This position is focused on designing, engineering, implementing, and optimizing network services and solutions, adhering to all applicable standards, including architecture, security, privacy, and compliance. A heavy focus on global WiFi networking is required.

  • Design and implement network architectures and configurations to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute network strategies and plans.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field of network engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking, with a focus on wireless, SD-WAN, and LAN infrastructure.
  • Expertise in enterprise wireless protocols, RF site surveys, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of platforms such as Mist AI, Cisco Wireless, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding and implementation experience with Fabric-based LAN architectures (e.g., Cisco LAN Fabric, HP Flex Fabric).
  • Proficient in Layer 2/3 networking concepts, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and multicast.
