Job Overview

The Digital and Technology team at General Mills is responsible for driving the company's digital transformation journey. We are seeking a highly skilled D&T Analyst I - Finance to join our team and contribute to the development of our global financial planning and analytics product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with finance business stakeholders to provide solution recommendations and plan business needs and priorities.
  • Work closely with finance and IT stakeholders on a wide range of topics that require SAP BPC Embedded financial expertise.
  • Drive delivery and support of planning and analysis solutions and enhancements in the areas of Financial Planning & Analysis and Supply Chain Finance.
  • Lead business requirement sessions to accomplish team goals and serve as the day-to-day contact for the team on clarification of requirements through build and deployments.
  • Play a technical lead role on large deliverables including converting business requirements into technical work and providing work direction to various technical team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a data or business analyst position.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the solutions following: SAP BPC Embedded, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, AMDP development.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills at the tactical level.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

About the Role

This is an individual contributor role that will report into Manager - Finance (Enterprise Functions) in India and functionally collaborate with global Enterprise Functions Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, as well as experience working with SAP BPC Embedded.
