About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our demand planning processes, including CTO forecasting and performance metric management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Demand Planning processes, including CTO forecasting and performance metric management.
  • Collect data from various systems, identify and troubleshoot failures.
  • Support supply chain planning processes like Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  • Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end supply planning integrated business cycles.
  • Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, and supply/demand reconciliation.
  • Execute quarterly patch testing and validation.
  • Receive, analyze, and prioritize support tickets related to supply planning processes.
  • Perform initial assessment of issues with data collection from various systems.
  • Triage failures and route to appropriate support teams or on-call personnel.
  • Document and categorize supply planning processes like MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  • Identify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports.
  • Monitor and coordinate support for end-to-end supply planning integrated business cycles.
  • Manage incident tickets related to support for supply chain planning processes.
  • Track and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with demand planning, supply planning, and global order promising solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data collection and integration between systems.
  • Knowledge of MRP and planning process.
  • Experience with REST APIs and BIP reporting.
  • Good understanding of integrated supply planning business cycles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage quarterly patch testing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude with data models, BIP, and system integration (REST APIs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
