Senior Backend Developer Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with expertise in Python and experience with building and managing RESTful APIs using FastAPI. They will also be proficient in web development and automation, including dynamic web scraping using Selenium. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployment workflows.

We are looking for a developer who can design and implement scalable backend systems and data pipelines. The candidate should be comfortable working independently on API development, scraping tasks, and backend integration. A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document software according to systems quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze business needs and create software solutions.
  • Prepare design documentation.
  • Prepare test data for unit, string, and parallel testing.
  • Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.
  • Resolve customer issues with software solutions and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong backend development experience using Python (3-5 years).
  • Hands-on experience for building and managing RESTful APIs (FastAPI preferred).
  • Proficient in web development and automation, including dynamic web scraping using Selenium.
  • Web Crawling/Scraping experience (3 to 5 years).
  • MS SQL Server and MongoDB (1-2 years).
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployment workflows.
  • Able to design and implement scalable backend systems and data pipelines.
  • Comfortable working independently on API development, scraping tasks, and backend integration.
