Product Implementation Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement products at customer sites, working closely with the customer's technical team.

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in implementation is required, preferably from a product-based company.
  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge of APIs, including user integration and API integration, is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Post-implementation support, including license renewal and troubleshooting, is also a key responsibility.
