As a key player in our sales team, you will be instrumental in turning leads into booked experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond promptly to new leads, assess their needs, and provide them with tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to new leads within 5 minutes during working hours via direct message, WhatsApp, or phone call.
  • Qualifying lead needs by asking relevant questions such as date, budget, group size, location, and preferred vibe.
  • Shortlisting 2-3 matching experiences and sending concise WhatsApp summaries with payment links and next steps.
  • Following up with leads to ensure they have a clear next action and timestamp.
  • Assisting with post-booking activities such as sharing confirmations, answering FAQs, and collecting feedback/testimonials.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Friendly phone/WhatsApp presence and quick typing and clean formatting.
  • Basic Google Sheets skills and comfort with checklists and templates.
  • High ownership and reliability.
