Oracle FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned techno-functional consultant to support customization and production operations for our core banking system, Oracle Flexcube.

  • Support various modules of Oracle Flexcube, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments.
  • Perform business requirements gathering, analysis, and functional design for new needs.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements, with a strong understanding of Flexcube configuration.
  • Troubleshoot APIs and extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage daily operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document technical and functional solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills:
  • At least 8 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in Oracle Flexcube.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
  • Good experience in multiple modules, including Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, and Treasury.
  • Good knowledge of interfaces and integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
