Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as an Associate for Training and Development. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strong communication abilities to drive the growth of our workforce.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and Coordinate Training Programs
- We are looking for someone who can design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality training programs for new joiners.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments to identify training needs and recommend tailored learning interventions.
- Onboarding and Orientation
- This role involves overseeing onboarding processes to ensure that new employees adapt effectively and quickly to our organization's culture and expectations.
- The selected individual will be responsible for facilitating orientation sessions, ensuring clarity on organizational policies and procedures.
- Performance Assessment and Talent Identification
- Collaborate with our Performance Management System team to evaluate new employees' performance and identify key talents, strengths, and areas of improvement through regular assessments.
- Work closely with our Human Resources department to identify high-potential employees for advanced development opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and training delivery.
- Presentation Skills: Strong public speaking and facilitation skills to engage trainees effectively.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to assess performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional planning and time-management skills for handling multiple training programs.
