Artificial Intelligence Backend Software Engineer

We are a boutique software product development services firm specialized in creating uncommon solutions for common problems by making use of the right technologies and best practices.
Established over a decade ago, we have built 40+ products for our clients, 20 either got funded/acquired/have become profitable. We are seeking skilled professionals who are hands-on with Generative AI (GenAI), Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
You will architect, implement, and optimize AI backends that combine Python engineering discipline with GenAI capabilities like tool orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and observability. Key responsibilities include Python Engineering, Generative AI & RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Workflows, Production & Observability.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3–7 years professional experience with Python
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Async programming expertise
- REST API design proficiency
- Proven hands-on experience with RAG implementations and vector databases
- Familiarity with MCP concepts
- Understanding of multi-agent workflows
- Proficiency with FastAPI/Django for backend development
