Job Title: AI Solutions Architect

The role plays a critical part in driving the strategic implementation and governance of artificial intelligence tools. This position ensures our AI initiatives are executed with precision, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Governance: Configure data privacy controls to prevent training on sensitive data and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Audit and Compliance: Deliver audit logs and compliance reporting for OpenAI usage.
  • Security and Risk Management: Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance AI application security.
  • Performance Metrics: Track model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership.
  • Prompt Engineering: Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Knowledge Base Development: Maintain an internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps and governance rules.
  • Training and Development: Develop knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users.
  • Incident Response: Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents.
Requirements:
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
