We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Sales Manager (Sourcing) - Real Estate.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their property needs and managing extensive client relation exercises. You will also be required to cultivate networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in sourcing (real estate with developers and mandate firms). They should be able to constantly update themselves with the real estate market, gather market intelligence, and achieve targets set by the organization.
The successful candidate will drive sales through various marketing initiatives and ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners. They will define strategies for the sale of all properties and handle direct enquiries from advertising & hoardings.
The candidate must be a graduate, confident and articulate individual with a pleasant personality. Excellent English communication skills are crucial for interacting effectively with customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of consumer behavior and have worked in real estate sourcing for a minimum of 3-4 years or more. Passionate about sales, they should be able to negotiate and finalize sales transactions with interested clientele.
