Our organization is currently seeking a Senior Operations Leader to oversee the execution of strategic plans, ensuring effective risk management and organizational development. This role will involve working closely with senior management to identify key performance indicators, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal audit plans, in collaboration with stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and addressing operational risks, leveraging expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit observations, track remediation efforts, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 10-15 years of experience in operational leadership, with a strong background in auditing and risk management. A Chartered Accountant degree or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal, is essential for success in this role.
