We are seeking a seasoned EHS Management System Coordinator to join our team at Larsen & Toubro Limited. As a key member of our EHS department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our EHS management system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS management, with experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments and audits, and coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
  • Maintaining accurate records of EHS performance and incident reports

A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or HSE Engineering, or a Diploma in Industrial Safety is required. Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH IGC or iDIP are preferred. At least 15 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in power, oil and gas, or petrochemical sectors, is essential.
