Larsen & Toubro Limited is seeking a highly skilled Construction Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our EHS department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees and contractors on site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety management, with experience in implementing and maintaining EHS management systems. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing safety procedures, and coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
  • Maintaining accurate records of EHS performance and incident reports

A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or HSE Engineering, or a Diploma in Industrial Safety is required. Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH IGC or iDIP are preferred. At least 15 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in power, oil and gas, or petrochemical sectors, is essential.
