Electrical and Mechanical Head Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead all aspects of electrical and mechanical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting across our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, panels, motors, wiring, and lighting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and local codes.
  • Conduct regular preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and approvals.
Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead a team of technicians and junior electricians mechanics.
  • Assign daily tasks and supervise work quality and safety.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices, SOPs, and safety protocols.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems, VFDs, control panels, and industrial automation preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of statutory safety and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate should have a strong hands-on background in both electrical systems and mechanical equipment, along with proven leadership experience.
