Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP consultant/developer to join our team in implementing and supporting SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP modules, end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration with business processes.

This role requires hands-on experience in configuring SAP solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP solutions for one or more modules (SAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, or others depending on expertise).
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver customized SAP solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP enhancements, reports, and interfaces as per business needs.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to provide end-to-end solutions.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for SAP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems within defined SLAs.
  • Document functional and technical specifications, test cases, and process flows.
  • Participate in full lifecycle implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies (S/4 HANA, Fiori, Cloud integrations, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 4-9 years of relevant experience in SAP (specific module expertise such as ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, or Basis preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and legacy ECC environments.
  • Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations and multiple support/upgrade projects.
  • Good understanding of integration with third-party applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in customization, configuration, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification(s) in relevant module(s).
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, CDS Views, OData services.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP Cloud solutions.
