Job Title: Hardware Test Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Test Specialist to lead our hardware testing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop test fixtures and jigs for production testing
  • Conduct thorough electrical and electronic component-level testing and debugging
  • Design and implement automated test scripts using Python, C, C++, or VB
  • Manage on-site assignments independently
Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in hardware testing, preferably for Industrial IO Controllers (AIOC)
  • Strong understanding of DNET/ECAT based device testing
  • Expertise in electrical/electronic component-level testing & debugging
  • Experience in developing and documenting test fixtures & jigs for production testing
  • Knowledge of PLCs, IO controllers (digital, analog, temperature), safety devices, and interlock schemes
  • Experience with embedded firmware testing, both manual and automated
  • Proficient in industrial communication protocols - ECAT, DNET
  • Able to understand hardware/firmware test requirements, do wiring, bring-up, and debug
  • Skilled in test scripting (Python, C, C++, VB)
  • Familiar with test instruments - DMM, Oscilloscope, Pulse Generator, etc.
  • Excellent communication and ability to handle supplier engagement and on-site assignments independently
