Key Responsibilities:

We seek a seasoned Performance Marketing Strategist to develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, etc.)
