We are seeking a seasoned LIMS Implementation Specialist to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge Laboratory Information Management Systems.

This is a high-level, challenging role that requires exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing LIMS solutions, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of LIMS solutions for various clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, integrating multiple systems and applications to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on LIMS best practices, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in LIMS implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of LIMS platforms, including LabVantage and SDMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
