Dermatologist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Dermatologist Leader to join our team at Ratti Brands Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for managing clinical operations, overseeing patient care, and contributing to the growth of our clinic.

• Manage clinical operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and high standards of care.
• Oversee patient care, providing dermatological consultations and treatments, including aesthetic surgical and nonsurgical procedures.
• Engage and convert new patients, upsell and cross-sell treatments and products to current patients.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing clinic footfall.
• Create high-quality educational content (videos, articles) to enhance the clinic's visibility and engage potential patients across digital platforms.
• Take on a more active leadership role, overseeing junior staff and contributing to clinic governance.

• Educational Qualifications: MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology or equivalent.
• Experience in aesthetic dermatology, including all the latest machines, nonsurgical procedures, and small surgical procedures.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic treatments and dermatological product lines.
• Ability to engage with patients and convert consultations into treatments.
• Experience or interest in creating digital content for marketing purposes.
• Leadership skills to manage clinic operations and future growth.
• Good grooming and communication skills essential for sales.
