Dermatologist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join our team at Vital Clinic Pvt Ltd, a joint venture with Ratti Brands Private Limited. As a Consultant Dermatologist, you will be responsible for providing expert dermatological consultations and treatments, including aesthetic surgical and nonsurgical procedures.

• Clinical Management: Provide high-quality dermatological consultations and treatments, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Patient Conversion: Engage and convert new patients, upsell and cross-sell treatments and products to current patients.
• Operational Oversight: Manage clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and high standards of care.
• Marketing & Growth: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing clinic footfall.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality educational content (videos, articles) to enhance the clinic's visibility and engage potential patients across digital platforms.

• Educational Qualifications: MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in aesthetic dermatology, including all the latest machines, nonsurgical procedures, and small surgical procedures.
• Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of cosmetic treatments and dermatological product lines.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to engage with patients, convert consultations into treatments, and lead the clinic's growth.
• Communication Skills: Good grooming and communication skills essential for sales.
