Job Title: Creative Video Producer

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Creating IPs: Research trends, analyze competitors, and pitch original video concepts tailored to the brand's niche and audience.
  2. Scripting & Storytelling: Craft compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.
  3. End-to-End Video Production: Lead the process from ideation to execution - including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  4. Project Management: Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.
  5. YouTube Optimization: Write clickbait titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  6. Performance Analysis: Track video metrics and retention analytics. Make data-backed decisions to improve future content.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  1. 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  2. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  3. Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  4. Hands-on experience with video production (camera work, editing knowledge, lighting, audio) is a plus.
  5. Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.

Bonus points if you have:

  1. A successful YouTube channel or have scaled one for a brand/creator.
  2. The ability to wear multiple hats - from scripting to filming to editing.
  3. Experience working with influencer/content creator teams.
  4. Understanding virality, trend cycles, and online culture.
