
Senior Call Centre Team Manager

As a Group Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of call centre representatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver effective coaching to direct reports to ensure high-quality performance
- Identify and address performance-related issues through action plans and corrective measures
- Maintain service standards aligned with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial objectives
- Communicate expectations to team members and provide timely updates
- Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed
You will also facilitate regular team meetings to promote open communication and feedback. Additionally, you will schedule and coordinate team activities, stay up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures, and participate in required management development training.
Requirements:- A degree in a relevant field along with two to four years of related experience is preferred
- A highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to lead team members, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
