Marketplace Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Expansion Specialist to play a key role in expanding our presence across leading Indian and global online marketplaces.

This role is ideal for someone who has in-depth knowledge of fashion e-commerce dynamics, from onboarding to scaling, optimizing operations, and driving growth.

If you have a knack for numbers, trends, and storytelling through data while maintaining a strong brand voice, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of our brand across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
  2. Own revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to scale sales.
  3. Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
  4. Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  5. Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-led strategies.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fashion e-commerce or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading marketplace platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
