Business Opportunity:
">We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in Agile environments and has strong expertise in JIRA.
">The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and be well-versed in creating and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
">As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into well-defined user stories for the development team.
">Key Responsibilities include:
">Agile Sprint Ceremonies:
">- Actively participate in all Agile sprint ceremonies, including:
">1. Sprint Planning
">Collaborate with the team to define user stories and ensure clarity in acceptance criteria.
">2. Daily Stand-ups
">Provide updates on progress, blockers, and upcoming tasks.
">3. Sprint Reviews
">Help demonstrate completed work and gather feedback from stakeholders.
">4. Sprint Retrospectives
">Contribute insights to improve processes and team collaboration.
">JIRA Management:
">- Use JIRA to create, track, and manage user stories, tasks, and bugs.
">- Ensure proper backlog grooming and prioritization of user stories in JIRA.
">- Regularly update the status of tasks and communicate progress to stakeholders.
">User Story Creation & Refinement:
">- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and document clear, concise user stories.
">- Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks with acceptance criteria.
">- Ensure user stories align with business goals and technical feasibility.
">Communication & Collaboration:
">- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
">- Ensure timely communication regarding requirements, changes, and priorities.
">Continuous Improvement:
">- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline Agile processes.
">- Ensure alignment between Agile practices and business objectives.
">Required Skills & Qualifications:
">- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
">- Strong proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking and sprint management.
">- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
">- Experience in creating and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
">- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
">- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
