About the Role

This role involves working closely with global customers to identify their target audience's training needs and understand their applications and processes.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers. You will also consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the client Product Ecosystem.

  • Deriving actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption
  • Developing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have a good technical/engineering background, preferably in software development or professional services. A background in business analysis or related field is also beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in ReactJS, Javascript, CSS, HTML, and Rest APIs. The ability to understand systems, architecture, and security aspects is crucial for success in this role. Excellent spoken English skills, with frequent communication with North American clients, are also essential.

Prior experience with Enterprise Applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Oracle would be an added advantage.
