Job Overview

The Global KYC Knowledge Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.

This key position provides expert guidance and support to the team, ensuring that all KYC activities are conducted efficiently and effectively, in line with the bank's standards and regulatory expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on KYC-related matters, including regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Collect and discuss feedback from QA reports with stakeholders, identify error trends, and knowledge gaps.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Oversee necessary escalations and serve as the primary contact for query resolution.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, financial regulatory environment, and AML risk implications.
  • 5-9 years of experience in KYC processes and Anti Money Laundering.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines and assess impact.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and banking platforms.
