Senior IoT Solutions Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior IoT Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex IoT solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure IoT deployments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing IoT architectures and frameworks that support device management, data analytics, and integration with existing systems. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive IoT strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement robust IoT architectures and frameworks that ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of IoT solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technical solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative IoT solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility and potential business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (X+ years) as an IoT Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing complex IoT solutions.
  • Expertise in IoT protocols, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub).
  • Hands-on experience with IoT device management, edge computing, and data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IoT services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified IoT Specialty, Cisco IoT Certifications) preferred.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, smart cities, or agriculture is a plus.
