Core Functions:
  • Career Counselling: Providing guidance and coaching on long-term career goals, including education counselling for those interested in further studies.
  • Employee Mobility Support: Facilitating experiences at client offices for employees to fulfill short and long-term staffing requirements.
  • Placements Support: Assisting outgoing employees and former employees in finding new roles within and outside the organization.
About the Roles

The Senior Vice President (SVP) in the Career Enhancement Cell is a multi-faceted consultant role requiring collaboration with senior stakeholders across the organization and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and managing the Career Counselling function.
  • Supporting existing but outgoing employees as well as former employees in alternative role placement.
  • Developing relationships with key recruiters in the market.
  • Coordinating employee career plans alongside the counselling arm.
  • Tracking and maintaining relationships with former employees.
  • Designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving frameworks, processes, and teams necessary to accomplish these tasks.
  • Designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving a framework for processing secondment requirements expressed by clients.
  • Collaborating with clients, immigration attorneys, secondment candidates, and their managers.
Requirements:
  • 15-18 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Dominant expertise in relationship building with key recruiters, global immigration agencies, and employee mobility challenges.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective team management and organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen, including problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field, preferably in HR or management.
