Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our recruitment efforts and manage our HR operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide advice and assistance on company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Attend to employee grievances and complaints.
  • Organize corporate events and implement staff welfare programs.
  • Review and maintain HR records and documents.
  • Assist in drafting agreements and contracts.
  • Administer payroll and maintain staff databases.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Dubai Health Authority Regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
