Job Opportunity

A key role in our organization is the Network Optimization Specialist, responsible for conducting detailed analysis of existing networks to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have multi-year experience in supply chain, familiarity with manufacturing operations, and hands-on experience with planning tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Optimization: Conduct detailed analysis of existing networks to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in terms of cost, speed, and service levels.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Optimize network configurations to improve delivery speed and reliability, meeting customer expectations and business goals.
  • Capacity Planning: Ensure that the network has the capacity to meet current and future demand by aligning resources, processes, and technology with business requirements.
Key Decision Rights
  • Recommendations: Recommend changes to configuration and initiatives to improve supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Business economics, engineering, or supply chain education.
  • Experience: Multi-year experience in supply chain and familiarity with manufacturing operations.
  • Skills: In-depth understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and manufacturing network design; teamwork and partnership skills; high analytical proficiency; solution orientation and modeling skills; strong interpersonal skills; project management skills; long-term critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
