Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Network Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our network to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will conduct thorough analysis of our existing network to identify areas for improvement, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost savings, speed increases, and service level enhancements.
  • You will optimize network configurations to meet customer expectations and business goals, ensuring that our network has the capacity to meet current and future demand.
  • This includes aligning resources, processes, and technology with business requirements, as well as implementing strategies to minimize the environmental impact of logistics and transportation.
  • You will leverage advanced technologies such as data analytics and digital tools to drive network optimization efforts and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, transportation costs, and improve overall network flexibility.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Analyze and optimize network configurations to improve delivery speed and reliability
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, speed increases, and service level enhancements

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business economics, engineering or supply chain education
  • Multi-year experience in supply chain, including hands-on experience with planning tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
