The Team

We are the QR/Soundbox team, one of the biggest business and payments verticals in the organisation, focused on merchant acquisition, retention, and growth in India.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional and people manager to be part of our QR & Sound Box vertical. The ideal candidate will have good networking capabilities, be willing to travel extensively, and have skills in coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan market size, span, and geographies for Area Sales Managers (ASMs)
  2. Visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product
  3. Recruit and manage a sales team to drive business in the Market
  4. Monitor quality parameters as suggested by management
  5. Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team
Requirements
  • 8-12 years experience in sales - business development, B2C markets
  • Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and large team handling
  • Articulate complex solutions to novice customers
  • Good sales and negotiation skills, with experience in quota-driven sales
  • Experience in payments and finance is a plus, though not mandatory
Education

MBA (Marketing) required
