Financial Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial activities.

  • Own and execute all financial processes such as payroll processing, vendor payments, and collections.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee cash management, including monitoring cash flow and optimising working capital.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in building a finance function from 0-1 for a scaling SaaS company is a plus.
  • You're open to being a generalist and adapting to uncertainty.
