Senior Accounts Payable Lead

Job Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing Accounts Payable team. As an experienced AP Manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
- Oversee the end-to-end AP cycle, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of accuracy.
- Maintain strong partnerships with business partners to drive customer satisfaction.
- Create an environment that fosters learning, development, and standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
- E nsure AP processes are aligned with SOX and company policies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Promote accountability and challenge the team to meet KPIs.
- Provide guidance and support during troubleshooting efforts.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance (UG or PG).
- A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in AP settings, with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Strong understanding of the AP cycle and best practices.
