Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Accounts Payable team. This role will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, effective management of team members, and strong communication with stakeholders.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team of Accounts Payable professionals, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit memos, and other payment-related documents.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to accounts payable, including discrepancies, delays, and disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and procurement teams, to ensure seamless workflow and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
