Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a global team of Workday analysts and administrators across different time zones.
  • Owning the Workday roadmap in collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Providing hands-on configuration and solution design in Workday HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting) and/or Workday Financials (Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement).
  • Serving as the primary escalation point for Workday-related issues and enhancement requests.
  • Driving global Workday implementations, rollouts, and ongoing optimization projects.
  • E nsuring data integrity, system security, and compliance across regions.
  • Establishing and maintaining governance and change management processes.
  • Developing KPIs and dashboards to track system usage and performance.
  • Managing vendor relationships and Workday support partners.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday Financials, or both.
  • Demonstrated experience managing global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful Workday deployments and enhancements.
  • Ability to lead both strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, or both) preferred.
