Senior Associate Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team. This role involves managing programs from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a mindset to explore and learn, be proficient in advanced Excel/ G-Sheet, MS applications, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

This role encompasses the following key responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Run end-to-end program management in a collaborative manner across functions. Identify problem statements, analyze data, and ensure project completion within predefined timelines.
  • Analysis: Derive information through analytical processes, identify themes that lead to formulating actionable strategies for reducing cost & increasing profitability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and product development to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Project Execution: Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in advanced Excel/ G-Sheet, MS applications.
  • Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical mind.
  • Extrovert, high energy with action bias.
