Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team at Dr. Realty. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for utilizing inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.
  • Accurately record and process customer purchase orders, ensuring seamless transaction execution.
  • Identify and generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue, contributing to the expansion of our customer base.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and drive long-term growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
