Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading secondary research and insights, data collection, collation, and analysis on public health areas, including Maternal and Child health, Immunization, FP, NTDs.
  • Database and repository management and updating it regularly.
  • Data management, analysis, and M&E activities.
  • Research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
  • Planning, writing, editing, reviewing, and coordinating monthly reports, presentations, dashboards, visualizations.
  • Developing and deploying strategic tools and frameworks for conducting primary, secondary research, data collection, and M&E.
  • Collecting, evaluating, and synthesizing information from multiple sources and summarizing it in word reports and presentations.
  • Tracking latest developments, trends, and keeping up-to-date with literature, identifying relevant sources of information, presenting data and findings succinctly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of professional experience in public health research in India and globally.
  • Masters/ MA in Public Health.
  • Excellent consulting, research, MLE, data analysis, and writing capabilities.
  • Experience with strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment is preferable.
  • Excellent oral, facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • A mix of team player and leader.
  • Past Experience of handling a team.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative knowledge with the ability to extract appropriate data to convey complex information through supporting tables, graphs, and other visual representations.
  • Knowledge of analytical and visualization software, e.g., STATA, R, Atlas ti, Power BI.
  • Ability to conduct literature reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analysis.
  • Ability to be independent and work effectively across barriers such as language, culture, and distance.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications.
