Job Title: Nutritional Formulator for Pets

We are seeking an experienced chemist to develop and supervise the formulation and production of pet nutraceuticals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering company in the pet health industry. As a Nutritional Formulator for Pets, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective formulations for dog and cat syrups and supplements.

You will work closely with our team to design and develop new products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in animal nutrition and chemistry will be instrumental in driving the success of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and formulate new pet nutraceuticals, including syrups and supplements
  • Supervise the production process, including batch mixing, filtration, filling, and labeling
  • Conduct quality control tests, such as pH, viscosity, stability, and palatability
  • Approve raw materials and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, chemistry, or food technology
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in animal nutraceuticals or veterinary syrups/tonics
  • Strong knowledge of pet-safe vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts
