Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller MEP Specialist

As a BIM Modeller MEP, you will be responsible for developing detailed models from drawings, sketches and calculations for MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate Revit models and construction documentation for MEP services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, design engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is met and project requirements are satisfied.
  • Establish and implement efficient workflows using BIM authoring tools to support the project team.
  • Set up and coordinate linked models across disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and clash-free models.
  • Generate detailed floor plans, sections, details, schedules and quantity take-offs to facilitate effective project delivery.
  • Ensure all models comply with project design intent, relevant building codes, standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain and organize Revit project files, libraries, and standards to optimize project efficiency.
  • Assist in reviewing shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in MEP Engineering Design or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Revit Modeller with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in modelling MEP services.
  • Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
