UX Writer Role

We are seeking a skilled UX writer to develop human-centered experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and assess business requirements for new or enhanced products.
  • Inform content decisions using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Employ human-centered techniques, such as personas and user flows, to determine content design.
  • Ensure digital experiences are accessible and compliant.
  • Update content documents and apply existing standards.
  • Participate in content community events for personal development and peer support.
  • Observe user interviews and usability sessions.
  • Validate content before releasing it to production.
  • Work in an Agile environment using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Writing, Technical Writing, Journalism, Content Strategy, or Library Science.
  • Typically three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in the financial services domain is highly preferred.
  • Deep proficiency with Figma.
  • Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Expert understanding of content strategy and information architecture principles.
  • Significant experience writing digital content for instructional, transactional, and marketing experiences.
  • Experience working in cross-channel environments.
