Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust firewall architectures using Palo Alto Networks firewalls (physical and virtual). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate security gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Firewall Architecture Design: Design and implement firewall architectures using Palo Alto Networks firewalls (physical and virtual).
  • Firewall Administration: Administer and support enterprise firewall systems, including policy tuning and threat mitigation.
  • PAN VM-Series Deployment: Lead deployment and configuration of PAN VM-Series firewalls using Flex licensing models.
  • Security Operations: Manage IDS/IPS signature updates, URL filtering, VPN services, and DNS security.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct firewall rule audits and generate compliance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Network Security: 5–10 years of experience in network security and firewall management.
  • Palo Alto Networks Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.
  • Cloud Security Knowledge: Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security frameworks.
  • Advanced Threat Protection: Knowledge of DNS security, bot protection, and endpoint detection systems.
