About This Role

  • Draft proposals, lead projects, and guide junior researchers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Review and validate research designs to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain project timelines and budgets while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze data, uncover insights, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful project execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's/MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in quantitative market research.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently with clients and write clear, structured reports.
  • Leadership skills to coach junior researchers and maintain project momentum.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
  • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset to drive success and exceed expectations.
