Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising developers, testers, and data analysts to achieve collective goals
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as required for prompt resolution
  • Serve as a communication conduit between internal teams, vendors, and clients to foster collaboration and transparency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates, to ensure seamless information exchange
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of project meetings to promote informed decision-making
  • Track resource availability and assist with workload distribution to optimize team performance
  • Ensure projects align with organizational processes and compliance standards to maintain credibility and integrity

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, demonstrating expertise and adaptability
  • Experience coordinating IT/software development projects, showcasing proficiency in managing complex tasks and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and life cycles, enabling strategic planning and execution
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana, facilitating efficient workflow and collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines, ensuring timely project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
