Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer focused on road infrastructure development.

The position is located in the Bengaluru North region, covering key areas such as Mysuru, Chintamani and Chikballapur.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with civil engineers and performing structural engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules effectively
  • Supervise construction crews to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure all safety regulations and industry standards are met

Requirements:

  • On-Site and Quality Control skills with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Experience in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering with a proven track record of success
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in road construction projects is highly desirable
