Job Opportunity

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategy for our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the General Ledger month-end close, including accruals, funding, payments, and other key tasks. Additionally, they will conduct thorough actual to budget variance reviews, ensure timely and accurate cash management, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain expertise in real estate accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow and oversee financial operations for assigned properties.
  • Ensure all bank statements are accurately reconciled and follow-up on outstanding checks and items monthly.
  • Assume responsibility for coordinating year-end audit work and preparing supporting schedules.
  • Oversee all operational activities assigned to accounts handled.

Requirements:

  • Strong Finance background with Commerce or Post Graduate CA Inter preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of Operational General ledger accounting and Finance experience is required, including Profit loss analysis and Balance sheet overview.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail, logical thinking, and a positive attitude to develop solutions quickly.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
