Financial Management Specialist

This is a pivotal role that ensures the accurate management of financial data and timely compliance with various laws.

We are seeking a Financial Management Specialist to manage all general accounting functions including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, accounting operations, consisting of accounts payable, accruals, fixed asset management, and reporting.

  • Manage accounting functions including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, accounting operations, consisting of accounts payable, accruals, fixed asset management, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data and related reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain internal accounting systems, manage ERP data integrity, and oversee reconciliation processes.
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax filings including GST, TDS, income tax, and regulatory filings.
Responsibilities:

Accounting Functions:

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  • Accounts payable and accruals
  • Fixed asset management and reporting

Tax Filings:

  • Direct and indirect tax filings
  • Statutory compliance

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Timely submission of financial data and related reports
  • Internal accounting systems and ERP data integrity

Other Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with various stakeholders
Key Skills:
